Alexandra "Ali" Lasky is the Founder and CEO of The Influence. A New York native who relocated to Los Angeles over a decade ago, Ali spent more than 15 years building her expertise across some of the industry's most respected firms — from boutique fashion PR in Manhattan to opening and running the West Coast office of Shadow PR, where she served as Vice President before venturing out on her own.

She launched The Influence in November 2016 with a clear vision: a hybrid agency offering clients unmatched access to talent booking, brand deal curation, influencer marketing, PR, social media, and full scale event planning and production. The agency debuted to immediate industry attention — covered by The Wrap on launch day — and has since grown into a full-service operation handling global campaigns across fashion, beauty, wellness, fitness, luxury, art, CPG, food & beverage, hospitality, tech, film & entertainment, festivals, music, nonprofits, and B2B.

Under Ali's leadership, The Influence has powered activations at the Golden Globes, Oscars, Emmys, Cannes, Paris Fashion Week, Sundance, and Coachella. The agency's client roster has included Burberry, Forever 21, Nautica, YSL Beauty, Joico, FabFitFun, and sbe Group venues, with talent partnerships spanning Hilary Duff, Audrina Patridge, and a wide spectrum of digital creators and cultural voices.

A member of the Forbes Business Council and the Female Founders Collective, Ali has been featured in the LA Times (Business Visionaries: Inspirational Women), Fashion Week Daily, PR Couture, and Authority Magazine. She serves on the boards of Rhonda's Kiss, Race to Erase MS, and UNICEF, and founded CharityGala.online — a dedicated platform for nonprofit virtual events and fundraising.
